107 things to do with your Web site
THE THR WEB DESIGN PROCESS

Once you build it, you must promote it

You could have the best Web site, but it doesn't matter if no one visits. Let us help you promote your site through online advertising & sponsorships, positioning your Web address in your print ads and other plans.
Our first meeting
A THR New Media representative will discuss your general options and answer any questions you might have. We'll tell you about our rates and show you project examples. Think of this as the time to talk about the big picture – we'll get to details later.

The pre-planning worksheet
We have a worksheet that will help you collect your thoughts. We can build you the Web site of your dreams, but first we need to hear from you what your dreams are.

Our second meeting
Using your pre-planning worksheet as a guide, a THR New Media representative will sit down with you to outline your site. This is the time to discuss details. Goals for this part of the process include deciding general look and feel of the site, as well as the number and type of pages your site will feature.

We give you a quote
Based on our second meeting, we'll go back and determine how many production hours it will take to produce your site. We draft a quote and get it to you within five working days. If you accept the quote, we get to work. Otherwise, we can discuss site modifications (i.e., return to Step 3).

Logistics
If you accept the quote, the first thing we need to do is decide how we're going to get the materials for your site (text, photos, audio, etc.). We'll work with you to make a checklist so that nothing gets missed.

We get to work!
If you have a large, multi-page site, we'll build a page or two and present it for your review before moving on to the rest of the project. If you have a small site, we'll simply present it to you upon completion.

You approve your new Web site
When the site is completed, we'll give you a tour. If you give us the green light, the site goes live! Then it's time to let the world know what a wonderful presence you have on the Web.
